Ever found yourself thinking a Rubik’s Cube was impossible to complete? Well, consider the irony facing the owners ofBattersea Power Station – the Grade II*-listed landmark which has proved one of London’s most elusive redevelopment projects

Following an international design competition run by gin-maker Bombay Sapphire, the building has been transformed into a giant likeness of the notorious cube. The point is unlikely to be missed by commuters passing in trains, weary from viewing the decades-long image of abandonment.
