Interior images revealed of Zaha’s Opus tower

Zaha Hadid Architects has revealed new visuals of the interior of its proposed Opus Tower in Dubai

The 23-storey tower includes five floors of retail space with the remaining 18 floors for commercial use, which will include the first ‘ME by Melia’ hotel in the Middle East, and a series of serviced apartments.

Located in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa district, the long-awaited 93m-tall scheme was first unveiled in 2007.

The interiors for the 100-room hotel will feature large sculptural balconies and bespoke furniture.

The hotel will also include including four penthouse suites with double-height living areas and private roof terraces.

The ME hotel is set to open in spring 2016.
