Its interesting how this project purports to employ a "fabric first" approach to its construction given it exhibits 3 glaring thermal bridges in the only detail shown (at slab, first floor to facade and the eaves?!) wtf?
George is right. This is not a viable solution at scale. The infrastructure doesn't exist to run every building in the country as this type of "carbon neutral". 0 effort to reduce energy usage this is buzz words sellotaped onto a nice project.
Can someone explain why aren't these practices being named and shamed?
We should have a shitty architecture practices list, allowing practices that treat their employees well to get their pick of the litter while worse performing practices (on these criteria) will be forced to re-assess the way they are doing business.

The floor plans all feel like they are missing 2 windows on the corner units to make it really a really exceptional project, some of those kitchens could have done with a bit of natural light. Is it just a question of cost?
good project though! more of this!
Beautiful project! Love how the brick compliments the timber!
