AJ exclusive: new data shows boom in architects' fees

According to data from only a few months ago - this seems a bit sudden: https://www.architectsjournal.co.uk/home/events/fee-levels-stagnate-despite-architects-optimism/8684221.article How long has this rise been evident? Can it be assumed it will persist, given the fact AJ reported RIBA accounts of relative fee stagnation only in June this year? Less than 4 months seems a little short to draw conclusions for headlines such as this?
