Wolfson Prize: 40 Garden Cities needed to solve housing crisis


10-50,000 homes may have made a city 500 years ago, but it certainly doesn't anymore. Most people in the world wouldn't recognise anywhere with less than 500,000 people in it as anything other than a town, and in some places, not much more than a village.
