Hodder: The big agenda item for the next few years is 'RIBA for clients'


It is time the RIBA stopped messing around with politics, and pontificating about architecture, and staring at its collective navel, and did SOMETHING ABOUT FEES. Everyone to only work on hourly rate with NO fixed fee agreements would be a good start. If this is not done there will shortly be no architects and no RIBA
