AHMM remodels Broadgate for Generation Z

It's good to see 1 Finsbury Avenue rejuvenated. One point to correct; The Finsbury Avenue Development was not part of Broadgate. That came later, following a competition in 1984-5 initiated by British Rail Property, which was won by substantially the same team of Arup Associates, Stuart Lipton et al. It was not until the last phases of Broadgate in the late '80s that other architects like SOM were brought in.
