RetroFirst: Can policy change encourage more retrofitting?


As much as I'm in favour of this initiative it does seem the entire idea is at odds with the direction this government wants to take. They were the ones who enthusiastically started the bonfire of the quangos when Cameron first got in, they destroyed CABE and anything like it that would slow down development.
