Good to see this piece and I don’t disagree with any of the ideas. But shoukdn’t FABRIC FIRST be up there somewhere? Building Regs is the minimum standard legally permissible, but as a profession we should nearly always be advocating better standards, such as Passivhaus for at least the fabric insulation and airtight levels.
