Why Patrik Schumacher is wrong about housing

Schumacher is surely only 'hi-profile' because he was the late Zaha Hadid's bagman, and has continued to run her office. In this role he appears to have been highly competent, if a touch authoritarian, but whether his more recent work is architecturally of the same quality as Zaha's creations is a moot point. As far as I'm aware Zaha Hadid has no significant track record in the provision of affordable housing, so it's all the more surprising that Schumacher is promoting himself as some sort of messiah.
