How was the Garden Bridge Trust able to spend £46m on a non-existent bridge?

Plutocracy or meritocracy? Ethics or dishonesty? There are many questions needing answering and a stark choice here between disappearing forward into accepting the mire of corruption, or seeking reasonable accountability, responses and reform. The relative scale of this £46m loss is truly shocking! As this is on our back door, if professionalism means anything to architects, then surely it must be knowing how to respond to this? A clear call to action in this excellent article by Dan Anderson.
