TfL urged to publish Garden Bridge meeting records

Just how much redacting can take place in a month? When we finally get to see these documents just what will be left visible amongst the black rectangles? And who is doing the redacting, is it just the Garden Bridge Trust or are TfL also crossing out information that may shed light on the strange history of Trust meetings which they were entitled to be represented at to monitor the spending of our money? Or is the big redaction not the content but time? Are both parties trying to delay publication in the hope that opponents and the AJ stop asking difficult questions, not realising that the longer the wait the more that will be asked? Will Jennings
