How those Garden Bridge millions could be spent making a greener London

Very, very interesting. A mere £8M would also build a planned bridge across the Thames from Brentford to Kew Gardens. A committee exists and is working hard to raise the small amount needed to build and maintain a 90m span pedestrian and cycle bridge to replace the ferry that existed until the 70s. We start crowd funding next month to cover the costs of planning permissions, engineees fees and other disbursements. We estimate it will raise the value of all new and existing properties in the area by 5-7.5%! Ballymore are about to start building 900 flats between the High St and the river. And 5% on those is.....let's say their marketing people are very interested. To find out more go to our website or FB pages. Chris Richards at Acanthus in Chiswick are the architects. You might even read about it in the AJ one day? It is not only the East End that has redundant industrial land and housing potential on the river. We are of course talking to everybody who looks at their messages, from the bottom to the top. Fitter and faster. David Farmery
