Questions raised in Parliament over ‘completely unsuited’ Holocaust memorial site

It appears that less than 10% of the jury in this architectural design competition are architects capable of peer reviewing the schemes; with best design contest practice recommending a min. 30% or more. Maybe a reason salient spatial design questions don't get asked in UK competitions is because architects are sidelined - save when needed to wall paper the cracks.
