It looks spiffing I must say. I moved into the original brand new Wates House in 1975 as part of a small research unit. I loved the light and the clean white walls after the pokiness of our georgian square eyrie. As soon as the students moved in they covered every surface they could reach, especially in the stair wells, with huge grafitti. I still can't decide whether it was an improvement or not.
