Image #2 - the street level view - calls to mind some of Karen Cook's responses in the interview published on 'we are trying to look at the building, which could house up to 12,000 people, in a more humanist way' In fact, it'll be a massive, inscrutable, people-stacking lump, however glossy - and is utterly alien to the scale, variety and real 'humanism' of the buildings in the foreground. Perhaps these uneconomic relics of the 'old order' will eventually be cleared away - with the street transformed to a 'humanist' canyon?
