I fear that after a few iterations this will become a regular, indoor shopping centre with a few pot plants and a Westfield-like roof. But it looks great at the moment.
This project has wrecked the continuity and character of Tottenham High Road. But I guess that's the price we had to pay in exchange for this huge investment.
The inside views, particularly the lift landing, remind me of the frighteningly sterile futuristic human testing facilities from the computer game Portal.

Bellinzona already seems to have more bridges than central London.
It will probably cheer the place up and raise property values in the short term - everyone wants to live in a Spanish resort after all. But it's a pity this seems to be the only way available.
