[FIRST LOOK + DRAWINGS] Experimental architectural collective Open Building Research has completed the renovation and extension of a Victorian house overlooking Clapham Common in London

The five-storey house has been rejuvenated with the addition of a rear extension by the Genoa, New York and London-based practice.

Built from two walls of recycled bricks covered by a lightweight glass roof, the addition has enlarged the open-plan living and dining room on the ground floor. Timber-framed folding doors open onto the wooden deck and garden.
