On film: all six of the RIBA Stirling Prize 2015 finalists

Over the next six days the AJ will reveal videos of each of the schemes shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize 2015

The buildings up for this year’s prize include MUMA’s extension to Manchester’s Whitworth Gallery, Reiach and Hall’s ‘modest’ Lanarkshire Maggie’s Centre, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners’ high-end Neo Bankside housing, the University of Greenwich’s architecture faculty by Heneghan Peng, homes for housing association Peabody by Niall McLaughlin and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris’ Burntwood School.

‘In recent years the Stirling Prize shortlist has moved away from iconic landmark buildings’, said AJ editor and RIBA Stirling Prize judge Rory Olcayto.

He added: ‘We are seeing good pieces of modernist architecture, well-built, well-crafted, that are more notable for how they are put together than what they look like.’

The winner will be revealed at a ceremony at the RIBA’s Portland Place HQ on 15 October.

Tell us which scheme you think should pick up the high profile accolade and be entered into a prize draw to win a copy of Le Corbusier: The Chapel of Notre-Dame du Haut at Ronchamp by Maria Antonietta Crippa and Francoise Causse.
