  • Comment

Schemes by Sanei Hopkins, BBM Sustainable Design and Hudson Architects have made the 2016 RIBA South East Awards shortlist

The 11 projects in the running were chosen from 32 entries from across the region which covers Kent, Surrey, East and West Sussex, and the Channel Islands.

The list features eight private homes including projects by Rodic Davidson, Cassion Castle Architects and Richard Hopkinson Architects.

Also up for awards are a café by Kaner Olette Architects, a church restoration project by Thomas Ford and Partners and a scheme at the University of Sussex by R H Partnership.

The winners will be revealed at a awards event at Ascot Racecourse on 28 April.

Regional winners will be put forward for the RIBA National Awards, with the lucky recipients announced in June. Those collecting national awards will then be considered for the 2016 RIBA Stirling Prize.
