Heneghan Peng has revealed the latest construction photos of its competition-winnning Palestinian Museum near Ramallah on the West Bank

The 2,700m² scheme was picked up by the Dublin-based practice in 2011 when it saw off competition from Cullinan Studios, Henning Larsen Architects, Canadians Moriyama & Teshima and Consolidated Consultants from Jordan to land the prize commission.

The $9 million project organises the huge 39,000m2 site into a series of terraces and includes a single-storey building which will showcase different aspects of Palestinian culture.

The project is set to complete next year.
