An interesting new theory has emerged about Stonehenge and how it could have supported a circular, wooden platform on top of the monolithic stones

According to historian Julian Spalding ‘all the modern interpretations to date could be mistaken’, with the ceremonies lifted off the ground to be closer to the heavens.

Perhaps those wanting to build a tunnel under the historic site to alleviate traffic problems should consider a high-level bridge…
