Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
Two schools in North Kensington have been identified under the Primary Capital programme as initial investment priorities for redevelopment. The schools are located next to each other and are separated by a small road. One is a Catholic school, the other is a community school. The redevelopment of the combined site will re-provide two 2FE primary schools maintaining each school’s unique identity while maximising the efficiency of the site. The redevelopment will seek to maximise the potential to add value to the community as well maximising the quality and extent of provision of the facilities for the schools through shared use. The feasibility study will build on concept diagrams to consider viability and deliverability of the development.
