PTE wins planning for £30m King’s Cross mixed-use scheme

Pollard Thomas Edwards (PTE) has won planning for a £30 million mixed-use, housing-led scheme in London’s King’s Cross

The 16,270m² project will replace commercial buildings and a car park in Pentonville Road, north London, with 118 flats above offices and new premises for car rental firm Europcar.  

Varying in height from five to ten-storeys, the brick and stone-clad buildings are arranged in five blocks.

The buildings will contain a mix of studio flats, large family apartments, and duplex penthouses.
