President's medals winners get private crit from Ito

  • Comment
International superstar Toyo Ito is to give a private crit to the three winners of this year's RIBA President's Medals.

The event will form part of the celebrations in February of his winning the Royal Gold Medal.

The Japanese architect will give the crit to bronze medal winner Luke Pearson of the Bartlett, silver medal winner Yew Choong Chan of University of Westminster, and dissertation winner Jessica Hrivnak of Cambridge University.

Ito will receive his gold medal at a black-tie dinner on 15 February, when the inaugural international fellowships and the honorary fellowships will also be presented.

For details of the President's Medals, see this week's AJ (08.12.05).
