Patrik Schumacher, director at Zaha Hadid Architects, and Brett Steele, director of the Architectural Association, will talk at a special free-to-attend AJ100 breakfast briefing on Wednesday 23 October
Schumacher will talk about how Parametricism is pushing the boundaries of digital design, while Steele will focus on the digital future of architecture in terms of digital design.
Felix Mara, The Architects’ Journal’s technical editor, will chair the event.
Steele is the founder and former director of the AADRL Design Research Lab, the AA’s innovative team- and network-based MArch programme.
Schumacher has been with Zaha Hadid Architects since 1998 and is involved in all projects the practice undertakes. He has been a co-director of the Design Research Lab at the AA since 1996 and is currently a tenured professor at Innsbruck University.
The AJ100 breakfast briefing will be held at the Saint-Gobain Innovation Centre in central London from 8.30am to 10am on Wednesday 23 October.
