London-based Liddicoat & Goldhill has revealed designs for an arts-led mixed-use scheme in Dublin

The five-storey building forms part of a new creative quarter on former industrial land new the city’s Fitzwilliam Square.

The 824m2 scheme will demolish an existing warehouse to create three new flexible gallery spaces, archive facilities, a café, and four apartments

The project is set to start on site next year.
