Last chance to visit NLA’s More Homes, Better Homes show

An exhibition demonstrating the scope to create more quality homes for Londoners comes to a close next week.

More Homes, Better Homes: 40 years of Pollard Thomas Edwards is a New London Architecture exhibition that runs until 7 October.

Curated to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Islington-based architecture practice Pollard Thomas Edwards, the exhibition ties in with The AJ’s More Homes, Better Homes campaign, which launched in 2012 to address the urgent need for well-designed new homes in the capital.

The show examines PTE’s history and commitment to solving the housing crisis, challenging the notion that the need for high density residential developments can only be tackled with high-rise solutions.

The exhibition also marks the launch of a special publication by PTE and the AJ featuring some of the practice’s most pioneering housing schemes.

More Homes, Better Homes is at New London Architecture, The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT
