The AJ can reveal that top clients Andrew White, Great Portland Estates development director and Crispin Kelly, the chief executive of Baylight Properties have been added to the original jury line-up (see below).
Judges already announced for the awards are Canary Wharf Group project design executive Karen Rogers, who is working on the huge Wood Wharf development; architectural competition organiser Malcolm Reading; leading engineer Hanif Kara; and Louise Wyman, head of strategy at Ebbsfleet Development Corporation.
Winners will be selected at the Architecture Tomorrow stand at MIPIM UK in October – some two weeks after announcement of the new prime minister at the Conservative Party Conference 2016.
Those shorlisted for Architecture Tomorrow will also automatically be selected to compete in a new set of awards. As in previous years, successful projects will be exhibited at the Architecture Tomorrow stand at MIPIM UK – Britain’s largest gathering of property professionals.
Curated projects will be listed in the Architecture Tomorrow catalogue, which will be distributed to the 7,500 AJ subscribers, 15,999 Property Week subscribers and 5,000 MIPIM UK attendees.

AJ managing editor Will Hurst said: ‘Architecture Tomorrow showcases real projects of the future as well as helping architects to get their work in front of the clients who really matter. The awards give the programme a new dimension, and we’re excited to have such an accomplished and influential jury already in place.’
Commenting on last year’s event, Ben Adams, director at Ben Adams Architects, whose work was exhibited in 2015, said: ‘Our projects were beautifully displayed with those of our peers, and the exhibition provides a fascinating snapshot of future developments.
‘The stand reached a wide audience, and our clients have said how much they enjoyed seeing more of our work.’
