Is architecture inclusive for the LGBT+ community? Take the AJ's survey

LGBT 2017 Graphic

Take the AJ’s anonymous annual survey looking at lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex and allied (LGBT+) people’s experiences of working in the industry

The AJ, alongside sister titles New Civil Engineer and Construction News, is again conducting an industry-wide survey into the workplace as an environment for LGBT+ people.

Do you think the industry is a good place to work for LGBT+ individuals? Or, is it hampered by homophobia and transphobia? Are you comfortable enough to be out at work, or do you feel the need to hide your true sexual identity?

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and will form an important part of the AJ’s ongoing research into diversity in the profession. We welcome responses from both the LGBT+ community and those outside it.

The results of the survey will be reported by the AJ later this year.
