Ian Hazard has completed a 50m² extension to a listed cottage in Whitby, North Yorkshire
The £27,000 scheme adds a contemporary extension to a listed cottage in the Sandsend conservation area on the North Yorkshire coast.
The zinc-clad addition, which was self-built by the architect’s client, provides extra space for the two-up-two-down 1800s workers’ cottage.
