Hawkins\Brown scoops planning for Southwark resi scheme


Hawkins\Brown has won planning for this 103-home scheme on the site of a former football club in Rotherhithe, South London

The 9,700m2 project includes two terraces of three-storey family homes alongside a series of four-storey mansion blocks.

The brick-clad homes are designed to be tenure-blind with the mansion blocks containing maisonettes and flats above.

A new public park will be created on the redeveloped football pitch.

The scheme is expected to complete at the beginning of 2016.

    Very interesting scheme with mood images...Please explain the forms of tenure offered, are these freehold, leasehold, housing association, private rental?
