Groves Natcheva unveils brick South London housing

  • Comment

Groves Natcheva has submitted plans for this nine-home housing scheme in Thornton Heath, south London

The 675m2 development, which will replace a derelict social club, includes a trio of roadside houses in front of a mews of six flats.

The proposed three-bedroom houses have brick facades which according to the architect have been designed to ‘provide visual interest by the formation of recesses mirroring the rhythm of the urban fabric’.

The two-storey mews to the rear of the site is arranged around a series of private courtyards [pictured below].

Subject to planning approval, the scheme is set to complete in January 2017.
