For sale: Hopkins’ High-Tech trailblazer

  • Comment

A house that was extended and remodelled by Patty Hopkins when she worked for Norman Foster in the late 60s has gone on the market for £2.25 million.

The two-bedroom converted coach house in Hampstead has been put up for sale for the first time since she worked on it.

It is being marketed as a ‘rare early project by the world-renowned architect Norman Foster’ and features many of the High-Tech elements for which both Hopkins and Foster became known, including exposed steel roof trusses and large expanses of glazing.
