[FIRST LOOK + DRAWINGS + DATA] Levitt Bernstein has unwrapped this £15 million housing development in Waddon, Croydon
Built around a shared courtyard and linear park, the £15 million development of family houses, and one, two and three bedroom apartments, is one of the first schemes to be delivered through the Croydon Council Urban Regeneration Vehicle joint venture.
The boundary houses and lower floors of the courtyard blocks are clad in charcoal coloured brick with a paler cream brick above on the street facing facades. Bay windows and recessed brick panels break up these elevations, with alternating coloured balconies used on the Purley Way facades.
The scheme is designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 standard with a CHP energy centre serving the entire development. On site renewable energy is generated by photovoltaics and all homes are fully Lifetime Homes compliant.
