Coffey Architects has completed this 40,000m2 office in Qingdao, China

The scheme for Qingdao Iron and Steel Company dubbed the Cloister includes offices alongside restaurants and sports facilities for workers in the adjacent factory.

The main office building sits in the centre surrounded by a series of buildings and gardens.

The development also includes a lecture theatre, events spaces, and research areas.
