Architect’s view
The site is on a prominent corner at the intersection of two major streets. This demanded a high quality, design-led solution that would justify the increase in height from the existing two storey public house that currently occupies the site.
We worked closely with the consultant team to design out detrimental environmental conditions such as air quality and noise arising from the adjacent roads. The end result was a high quality proposal that was well received by the Local Authority on both design and technical grounds.
