Architecture is exploded alcohol

  • Comment

Jelly-maker Bompas & Parr has revealed its latest creation: an installation-cum-bar entitled Alcoholic Architecture.

According to the firm, known for its architecturally themed confections, the walk-in cloud of cocktail at London’s Borough Market‘explodes drinks to the scale of architecture’.

The cloud, which is made from a 1:3 ratio of spirits and mixer, uses powerful humidifiers to saturate the air with booze apparently allowing the alcohol to enter the bloodstream through the lungs and eyeballs.
