Have you designed stand-out holiday and guest accommodation? The Architectural Review is seeking future-leading ideas by 24 June for its AR BnB awards – perfection not required and size doesn’t matter

Our expert judging panel features Yeoryia Manolopoulou, co-founder of AY Architects, Project Orange’s James Soane and Alexandre Theriot, co-founder of Parisian practice Bruther.

We are seeking ingenious and inventive holiday and guest accommodation constructed within the last five years – from large-scale hotels, resort and spa projects to small-scale BnBs, cabins, summer houses, timeshares and caravans etc. Enter by 24 June!

The top AR BnB projects will be visited by an independent critic and photographer before a final decision is made on the winner.

Projects by panel member Manolopoulou’s AY Architects include House of Flags at the 2012 Olympics, award-winning Montpelier Community Nursery in Camden, London, and Microgarden Homes.

Manolopoulou is director of architectural research at The Bartlett, UCL, where she teaches MArch Unit 17 and supervises design-led PhDs.

James Soane’s projects include the €60m fit-out of the new Raddisson Farnham House Hotel in Ireland, the Park Hotel in Navi Mumbai, India and the new Jerwood Art and Design Building for Oakham School.

Recently he completed the Dining Rooms for the Whitechapel Art Gallery in London and a concept room for the Hoxton Hotel. He is currently working on an exciting new concept hotel in India, a new-build house in Moscow and a large housing project in London.

Alexandre Theriot is co-founder of creative French architectural practice Bruther. Adaptability is at the heart of Bruther, whose work includes national and international projects such as the Saint-Blaise Cultural and Sport Centre (2014), Helsinki Central Library (2013) and the New Generation Research Center in Caen (2015) .
