Alma-nac has won the go-ahead to convert a 1960s office building in Croydon into 42 new homes

PROJECT DATA

The apartments will fit within the building’s existing structural grid with the circulation moved to the exterior of the block in Norwood.

Angled balconies provide privacy between the flats and the neighbouring buildings and allow views across South East London.

The 2,475m² development, which has already started on site, also includes offices, yoga studios and a crèche.
