The Architects’ Journal, currently the International Building Press Magazine of the Year, has again been nominated in six categories in this year’s IBP Awards

The AJ’s managing editor, Will Hurst, is looking to retain his News Reporter of the Year crown, which he won in 2015, and he is also up for Scoop of the Year and Architecture Writer of the Year.

Meanwhile Laura Mark is again in the running for Multi-media Journalist of the Year, an award she landed last year (see AJ 20.11.15).

The AJ has also been nominated for Magazine of the Year and for best Digital Service.

Jon Astbury, who works on the AJ’s sister title, The Architectural Review, joins Hurst among the finalists for Architecture Writer of the Year.
