AHMM’s £28m One King William Street refurb set to start

Work on AHMM’s refurbishment of the grade II-listed One King William Street in The City is set to start later this month

The AJ100 practice’s £28million scheme for UD Europe Limited will restore the grade II-listed 1922 building on the corner of King William Street and St Swithin’s Lane in the Bank conservation area.

On the south side the building will be extended and reclad with brick.

The project which won planning in June is set to get under way later this month and is due to complete in 2016.
