Plans by 10 Design for a £80 million innovation hub at Queen Margaret University in Musselburgh have been revealed
The scheme sits within the wider masterplan for the 45,000m2 site east of Edinburgh and includes new streets and squares, new bus and pedestrian routes, and mix of shops, cafes, gyms, hotels, schools, car parks and housing.
The new 5,000m2 innovation centre will house grade A offices, laboratories, workshops, meeting rooms and conference facilities.
