[PREVIEW] Reiulf Ramstand and Jensen & Skodvin Architects, two leading Norwegian practices, will feature in an exhibition at the RIBA
The exhibition, entitled Landscape and Intervention will explore the work of these two firms over the last 10 years, with a focus on their buildings for Norway’s National Tourist Routes.
The National Tourist Routes scheme is a long term initiative which has increased tourism to rural areas by commissioning new structures such as viewing platforms, cafes, hotels, river saunas and bridges.
The exhibition, which comprises photographs, models, drawings and film, also covers other work by both practices such as private housing and public buildings.
The exhibition will take place from 12 April until 15 June 2012. There will also be film screenings on Tuesday 1 May and Tuesday 29 May, both at 18:30 at the RIBA, admission free.
