The lots Road power station development has potential. The site is vast. The Chelsea Riverside area needs a gym and supermarket as there is a lack of both. New developments within areas such as Marylebone seem to have included these within plans. Residents in the Chelsea Riverside ward currently have the choice of using a coop built in the 1970s at the world's end estate, walk to a petrol station or use a run down well know branded gym off of Fulham Road.
