Danish practice JDS Architects has unveiled proposals for a 100,000m2 business campus in Kagithane, Istanbul

The company defeated UN Studio and New York-based Massimiliano Fuksas to win the job which is the practice’s first scheme in the city.

The 100,000m2 Premier Campus Office scheme features a ground floor plaza with offices above. The terraced building’s offices open directly onto green spaces.

According to a statement from the practice: ‘The building is formed by our desire to make it interact with its environment. It opens itself up to the neighbourhood and offers spaces to the users and the passers by such as plazas, intimate gardens and generous terraces.’

Construction will start in June 2013.
