Zandra Rhodes

Fashion maverick Zandra Rhodes (above)has launched a campaign to fund the fit-out of her fashion museum in Bermondsey, east London, the structure of which is now nearing completion to designs by Mexican architect Ricardo Legoretta and local practice Alan Camp Architects. It is Legoretta's first European building, in which he uses his trademark bright colours, although modified for English light - including a 'Zandra pink'. He said: 'We are both irresponsible in our use of colour.'
