Chris Wilkinson Architects has changed its name and formed a new company to spearhead its growing overseas work.
Wilkinson Eyre Architects and Wilkinson Eyre International come into being next month. Wilkinson worked with Jim Eyre at Michael Hopkins and Partners in 1986, before Wilkinson struck out alone. A year later, Eyre became a partner at Chris Wilkinson Architects. The new set-up has appointed four new directors. Paul Baker has worked with Wilkinson since 1990, Keith Brownlie and Oliver Tyler since 1991. Clinton Terry, who joined in 1996, has been made director of the international firm.
