Kirin Curtis Architects has come up with this structure for a gallery in Spitalfields, east London, in which to stage art events and house a cafe. Ex-Michael Wilford and Terry Farrell architect Chris Dyson said he hopes to build the scheme for the Public Life gallery at ground level, next to Hawksmoor's Grade I-listed Christ Church at Spitalfields. It is intended that it will be possible to 'peel back' the canopy.
