Wandsworth planning victory for Michael Trentham

  • Comment

Michael Trentham Architects (MTA) has bagged planning consent for this scheme in Wandsworth featuring four new townhouses and the conversion of a Victorian corner block

The £1.5 million project in Putney Bridge Road for developer Terramek will see the existing building reworked with a commerical unit of the ground floor with two flats above.

According to the practice the quartet of three-bedroom townhouses will be ‘carefully detailed in brick and timber, creating shadow lines and vertical breaks between each unit.’
